I am n avid bird watcher. I love animals, I even own two dogs on my own. But one thing jsut bothered me well.
I was searching about SPCA on the internet because of my neighbor cat. They just moved two blocks away in our area couple months ago and they have a outdoor cat. I got so annoyed when he/she always comes into my backyard and trying to catch the birds on my feeders.he climbs to my fences and running over it all the time. I even discovered a dead bird in my backyard one month ago and i immediately thought of this new neighbor’s cat. I am really ok whether this cat is in my property or not, It’s jsut pissed me of that she/he killed and scared away birds for nothing. This cat ‘s the only outdoor cat in our neighbourhood. I am still not sure i should report about this cat or not? She doesn’t wear any collar but I know this cat belongs to my new neighbor.
