How do I have 2 iTune accounts on 1 computer for 2 different iPods?

I have my own iTunes for my 30 gig iPod on my laptop, but my sister got a new nano and she wants to put music on it from my computer because she doesn’t have one. I know there’s a way to use 2 iPods on one account on the same computer but I don’t know how?
