With outdoor bleach. It really works Great!!
Use a pressure washer.
Comet cleanser and scrub, will also control mildew
DON’T use Bleach !!
Use hot soapy water with vinegar, this should remove dirt and any algae build-up.
bicarbonate of soda is apparently good for this! Or maybe try soda crystals, though I have always used neat bleach.
sterile baby wipes work great and no smell trust me this works
Mr.Clean dry erasers work great on plastic.
A great cleaner for plastic furniture, campers etc is:
1 part water
1 part beer
1 part vinegar
try it it really works,
wet your cloth, wipe it on, after 2 minutes rinse it off
Hot water and soap should help
